Over thirty years ago the Zarda Brothers (Mike, Jerry and Steve), opened to the public serving Zarda's quality hickory smoked meats, their now famous Bar-B-Q beans and a variety of favorite family recipes. I like the fact that they trim their meat -- it's not fatty like some people think of bar-b-q.
And the salad bar...that's a plus for people that like bar-b-q but maybe like to keep it a little healthy
